Delete your Picker AI account and data

If you signed in with Google (or with Apple on iOS):

1. Open Picker AI.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon at the top right).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and the data stored with it are deleted right away. For your security, you may be asked to sign in again before deleting.

You can also remove your rankings without deleting your account: Settings → Delete ranking history.

If you use Picker AI without an account (you tapped “Skip”), can’t open the app, or want the analytics and attribution data linked to your device deleted too, email support@pickeraiapp.com with the subject “Delete my Picker AI data”.

To help us find your data, send the email from Settings → Email us in the app, which includes your app ID automatically, or tell us the email address of your account. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your account profile: name and email address.
• Your ranking history, favorites and albums, including the AI’s scores and written analysis.
• Your onboarding answers (such as gender and age group).
• On email request, the analytics, attribution and crash records linked to your app ID or account (Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer) and your subscription customer record at RevenueCat.

We never store the photos you rank on our servers, so there are no photos to delete. Photos stay on your device.

• Purchase and subscription records that Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat must keep for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention reasons, for as long as the law requires.
• Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play subscriptions or in your Apple ID settings.
